Service Level Agreement (SLA): This is a prepaid service. The service will be scheduled after payment has cleared (within 24hrs. of payment). Work product (1st Draft) will be delivered within 5-7 business days after resume survey is received and confirmed by the writer.
Revisions/Changes: The Client is limited to 5 revisions during the SLA scope of the purchased package and is delivered within 4 business days of receipt of each communication of revision. Upon approval of your Resume, the Cover Letter and LinkedIn Optimization will be created and completed within 48Hrs. All remaining revisions are considered void.
Refunds: All purchases made with the WisePoint Group are non-refundable or exchangeable after 24 hours after payment is made.
Client Responsibility: Client must share their current resume and cover letter, skills to be highlighted, and design choice. It is mandatory for the client to participate in the resume survey. If the client refuses to participate in the resume survey, the WisePoint Group and writer will not be responsible for ensuring ATS Compliance.
Non-Responsive Client: If the purchased project remains inactive for a 25 day period with no significant forward progress made, milestones reached, or prior arrangement in place, the project will expire, and the client forfeits all deliverables associated with this agreement.
In paying this invoice you agree with our terms of service and service level agreement (SLA). We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the client is Breach of Contract, Rescission of the Contract, or Abusive Working Relationship.
